What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available on supported mobile devices.

Will I be charged sales tax?

No, all of our products are tax-free—what you see is what you pay.

Is it safe to pay with my credit card on your website?

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! To send a gift, simply use your own information as the billing address and the gift recipient’s as the shipping address. The package will include a packing slip without any pricing, making it gift-ready.

Shipping Information

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders—no minimum required.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

How long does delivery take?

After your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 4–9 business days, depending on your location. Please allow extra time during busy holiday periods due to possible courier delays.

Is expedited shipping available?

Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options. All orders are shipped using standard ground service.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been assigned a tracking number yet, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Once a tracking number is generated, we are unable to make changes.
